Could you throw one togeather from thrift store/garage sale finds? All the pictures looked different, but her dress was esentually a chambrey or flowered long sleave shirt with a sleaveless brown or gray dress or brown or gray dress with an apron over it and a straw hat. If you google Ann of Green Gables under images you could get an idea of what you are looking for.
