An Introduction of sorts

    Hi all, 

    I thought I would briefly introduce myself. I have been a lurker off and on for a few years on this board, but have not participated much until now 🙂 as I usually didn’t have the time, and try to stay away from boards in general, but this seems like such a great one, I couldn’t help myself!!

    We (hubby and I) are from So Ca. but have been living in SC for 3 years. which is when we decided to homeschool. It’s the best decision we could have made and we don’t plan on putting our dd who is 9 in school EVER… if I can help it. We have been following CM from the beginning after about 2 months where we thought we had to do school at home. :/

    We are relaxed, and gentle in our approach and make our own curriculum using different sources. 

    I also run a small CM co-op in our area which I thought I’d post about separately just in case anyone wanted inspiration and ideas.

    That’s it in a nutshell and I hope to “meet” everyone!
