stuckersrParticipantHi, I’m wondering if the Charles Morris books include plenty of stories that portray what africans/african-americans were doing during those time periods?
Thanks
Rachel WhiteParticipantI’m sorry, I’m not familiar with the Morris historical tales. Which time period are you referrign to? We have some black American bios which are part of the Black Americans of Acheivement series.
The Histroy of America in Black and White is a great place to start, IMO (that’s for your reading so you can then teach):

The Colored Patriots of the American Revolution,

stuckersrParticipantThanks! The Charles Morris books are the ones that are recommended for History Modules 5 and 6 in the SCM Guide.
