Is there a good way to add piano lessons and practice time on the scheduler? I am new to using the this wonderful tool and thought I had read that I could add things like this. I love this tool, by the way! Thank you so much for creating it!

Things like piano lessons or field trips are what we like to call “Special Resources.” We have a video explaining how to add these to the Organizer.
Because our music lessons follow a particular book, I created a resource for lessons that had each song listed. I considered a song “finished” when the teacher had the student start any work on the new song.
For practices, I’ve used a few things. When we are doing a 100 day challenge, I have a special one for that with 100 divisions called “days”.
Other ways we have done practices is have a resource called music practice, with month for the division (12 months of the year…) – and do worked on for each practice, with finished for the last practice of the month (this allows us to not have a HUGE list of dates of practice. I’ve also had a resource with 366 divisions, so you just mark finished each day….
