I just typed up all 60 chapters of a book and when I went to schedule it, it said: Error, you have to have a name for the contributor, so I add one in, but there’s nowhere on screen to save & schedule it now!!! Please, oh please, don’t make me retype all that! Where did the Save & Schedule button go??

    ACK!

Oh, that’s aggravating I’m sure! If you still have the window open you may be able to press your Enter key and get it to send. That’s different than the Return key.

Tried that. Waaaaaaahhhhhhh! I’m not going to cry. I’m not going to cry. I’m not going to cry.

My God loves me. I typed in the title of the book I entered last night. It showed up!! I only had the enter in the last half of the chapters that somehow disappeared. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO! It’s done! Whew!

Oh, hurrah! That was such a weird thing; I’ve never had it require a contributor before. How strange! I asked the programmers about it, and they wondered which screen you were on when you encountered that error: was it when you tried to save the resource you added or were you actually in the Scheduler screen and got “sent back” to the add-a-resource screen?

It’s because I had opened up: Add a Contributor, and then decided not to, since there isn’t one. Ha! So, I just entered the publisher again. Made it happy. The strange thing was: it disappeared after that. Poof! Went away. I tried to find it again several times last night.

Add this to the CM Planner Miracle Testimonies list. lol

I’m so glad to hear you were able to recover at least part of it. Be sure to let us know if you see this kind of thing again. The ones that happen rarely are the hardest to track down so collecting stories of the circumstances are important.

Oh, and God would still love you even if it had gone terribly wrong and you lost everything. 🙂

I was being dramatic. But I certainly didn’t want to espouse prosperity theology. 😉
