Account issues?

    When I went to my account to open a pdf. book, it’s giving a message that says “no file defined”.  Could you help me with this issue?

    We’re having a problem right now with some older purchases not working when people try to download them in the account area. If you send us a contact message with the books you need to access, I’ll make sure you can download them.
