Accidentally clicking on Journal Notes

    Hi,

    I am having a slight problem. It has to do with accidentally clicking on the Journal Notes section on the top of the page. I didn’t want to make any note but it saves it in the records as having written a note even though I wrote nothing. Thanks for your help.
