    I just picked up this book at a book giveaway and I was wondering if this was considered a living book. I know I have to read through it, but I wasn’t sure if anyone on this forum was familiar with it. It was published in 1941.

    I would like to know, too, since we will be studying Australia eventually and will want living books.

    My plan is to give it to my 12 yr old avid reader and see how she likes it. I’ll read it when she’s done since she reads too fast and we’ll compare notes and share it with everyone.

    Oh, please check out Jeanne’s blog at http://www.ohpeacefulday.blogspot.com    She is passionate about Charlotte Mason and has lots of Australian living book reviews.  You could ask her what she thinks as I’m glad she would love to help.  I know she is quite keen on Sonya’s books as well!
