1. Introduction
Welcome to the Simply Charlotte Mason Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all affiliates and the Simply Charlotte Mason brand.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
Affiliates must align with the values and mission of Simply Charlotte Mason.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application.

3. Commissions

Tier 1 affiliates earn a 5% commission on all sales generated through their affiliate links.
Tier 2 affiliates (who achieve $5,000 in sales within a calendar year) earn a 10% commission.
Commissions are only paid on completed transactions; refunds and chargebacks are not eligible for commission.

4. Referral Discounts

New customers referred by affiliates receive a 10% discount off their first order (minimum order of $99 required).
Discounts apply only to first-time purchases and are automatically applied via affiliate links.

5. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate program operates on a 60-day cookie tracking system.
If a customer completes a purchase within 60 days of clicking an affiliate link, the sale is credited to the affiliate.

6. Payouts

Commissions are paid quarterly via PayPal.
Minimum payout threshold is $50.

7. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may use banners, images, and marketing materials provided in the affiliate area or their own marketing art.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Paid advertisements on search engines, social media, or any platform bidding on “Simply Charlotte Mason” branded terms are strictly prohibited.

8. Performance Tracking

Affiliates will have access to a dashboard to monitor:
- Sales and commission earnings
- Traffic statistics

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.
Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of aggressive promotion.
Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate link is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not create social media pages, websites, or domains that impersonate Simply Charlotte Mason.
Affiliates may not share their coupon code to coupon code sharing websites

10. Termination

Simply Charlotte Mason reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violating these terms.
Any pending commissions may be forfeited if an affiliate engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
