  • Yes..the stimulus check is finally here and I need to make some decisions, hence all the posts..ha!

Okay..I am wanting to incorporate map work w/ the History studies, what is the best way to do this, Uncle Josh’s? What do you use as an “answers” map, for me to have the answers?

    Thanks a bunch,

    Kim

Uncle Josh’s is very handy, but you can also just Google something like “blank outline map” and the region you’re looking for. You’ll probably get several images that you can select from and print out.

I grabbed one of those big world maps that’s about 4-foot long at Wal-Mart to use as our “answer key” map. I just fold it down to the region we’re studying.

    (Still waiting on our stimulus check . . . 🙁 )

These are very nice outline maps:

We use our globe for answers, unless it’s very small; then we get out the atlas.

Thank you both…so…once again, I am making this too hard. So the map work is basically giving the children a blank map, having them fill it in and testing them on it w/ another blank map at the end of the week, or am I missing something? Should they be able to fill in everything for like Africa, that would be on an atlas?

    Thanks a bunch!!!
