In the other thread about a visual for her 6yo, I suggested something to help w/ the dc choosing. Missceegee thought it was a good idea to help older dc transition, which is exactly what I’m trying to do. So, I’m asking for help in categorizing.
Taking the “subjects” from the SCM curriculum guide for planning — History, Geography, Bible, Math, Science, LA (Grammar, Writing/Narrations, Spelling, Handwriting), Scripture Memory, Literature, Poetry, Picture Study, Handicrafts and/or Art, Hymn Study, Music Study, Shakespeare, Personal Development, Foreign Language.
What are potential groupings and what subjects would go into each?

AngelinaParticipantChristie, you have such a gift for making things easy to visualize and grasp (even things I already understand for the most part!). Saw your last post on BOC, too – perfect!
Thanks
Angie
5heartsathomeParticipantThank you for this. Now I don’t have to think about it. 🙂
kerbyParticipantAwesome!! Thank you!!

JenniferMParticipantThis blog post divides the “subjects” into “inspirational” and “disciplinary.” I think it is another helpful way to alternate your lessons.
