    This is lovely!

I just read about Handwriting in your e-book Subject by Subject and this method of teaching makes so much sense.

What is the main difference between the Teacher Guide and Student books?
Is one instructions for the parent and the other a workbook for children to use to practice their letters and words?
The samples of each seem the same to me.

    Thanks!

The Delightful Handwriting teacher guide will give you step-by-step lessons for teaching handwriting to your student. The student books are copybooks for the child to write in and practice making the letters.

I have received this book and it references a particular volume 1. Could you please let me know which book is referenced to here? Thanks

I’m so glad I bought this book! “Do I really need a teacher’s guide to teach my son how to print?” I asked myself. Unfortunately, I asked this question for a couple of years, and for a couple of years my son struggled to learn, grew frustrated, and lost confidence.

This guide is the actual curriculum for the Delightful Handwriting course PLUS includes a lot of really helpful methodology wisdom from Charlotte Mason about how AND WHEN to teach handwriting to children. Most of the methods are useful both for teaching printing and cursive, by the way.

After reading this book, I gave my son a break until he was ready. Now we are going back more slowly, gently, and systematically. I am looking forward to this being helpful for both my son’s writing and his confidence.

I strongly encourage this guide for any parent teaching handwriting. It’s so much more helpful than just getting a workbook.
