Yahoo mail users we need your help

    We’ve been having problems recently with e-mail delivery to Yahoo mail users. Many of our weekly newsletters and sales receipts are being delayed or just not getting through. We never spam and only send e-mail to those who request it so we’re not sure why they are treating our mail this way.

    We have tried contacting Yahoo but they are such a large company that it’s difficult to get anything other than an automated response. If you use Yahoo mail we hope you will please help us by doing these things:

    1. Check your spam or bulk mail folder for any messages from Simply Charlotte Mason. If you find any, open the message and click the “Not Spam” button.
    2. Add our e-mail addresses to your Yahoo mail contacts as follows:

      1. Click the Add link next to Contacts.
      2. Put anything you like in the name. Maybe use “SCM” as a last name.
      3. Enter one of our e-mail addresses. We use sales@simplycharlottemason.com to send receipts, progress@simplycharlottemason.com for our weekly e-mails, scmforum@simplycharlottemason.com for forum sign-ups, activation@simplycharlottemason.com for CM Oganizer sign-ups, and support@simplycharlottemason.com for help requests.
      4. The address will automatically be added to the Chat ID field. Please remove it from there so the system doesn’t e-mail us asking us to join the chat service.
      5. Click the Save button and repeat the process to add the other addresses.

    Thanks for your help! If enough people do these things it will help train Yahoo’s automated systems to know that our messages are not spam. It will also make sure the messages you want to receive from us get through.
