Can someone help me compare and contrast these?  They all look very similar to me.

I have various ages.  15yo dd, 13yo ds  11 yo dd, 8.5 yo dd, and soon to be 7yo dd.

My oldest enjoys writing.  I think that she needs someone to refine her writing and make her ok/good writing into really good/ excellent writing.  I can’t provide her with the refinement that she needs.  That is to say that I know that it could be better, but I don’t know what needs improving or altered.

My son doesn’t feel that there is much reason for writing.  To “just jot it down” is pointless twaddle work to him.

Aside from copywork, the other children haven’t done much grammar or writing.

OYAN would only be appropriate for your 15yo especially since she enjoys writing. You 13yo MIGHT enjoy it. My oldest used it in 10th grade and loved it and learned a lot. But she is a fiction writer at heart. I do not see dd#2 doing it. Have you seen the OYAN sample video?

Good. It’s very different from any other writing program I have seen so you should be able to tell it apart from the others easily once you see it more indepth. You would need to be quite involved in making sure the work is getting done correctly and that steps were being followed.
