When to start grammer

    I am getting started in Charlotte Mason’s ways. Should I just do copy work in the young grades and not worry about teaching the mechanics of grammar until my children are older. They are ages 8,7,4,2,1. My 8 yr. Old reads very well, 7 year old is gaining fluency with it.
