What upload speed do I need?

We’ve recently moved and are having a terrible time finding internet service. I had one company just out here and they said they are getting good download speeds on their test but not good upload speeds.  They didn’t give me numbers, the office is supposed to call me back and tell me what they can do.  My question is, what upload speed do I need? We stream music, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and normal email and web surfing. We use FaceTime and are considering using some online classes next year for high school.  What would be the recommended upload speed and the don’t go below speed? Thanks
