Want to mention this online piano resource

    Hi!

    I wanted to mention this piano resource I found in case anyone was interested.  It is Free Piano Lessons 4 Kids.  http://www.freepianolessons4kids.com/index.html   I thought with a title with “free” in it there would be some catch, but so far it’s really interesting.  Apparently it is similar to Suzuki, but not totally.  We got a simple, but full key-size (not total length) keyboard and I wanted some free or extremely affordable resource to hopefully awaken my first grader’s appetite for playing music.  We are only 5 lessons into this, but he loves it.  The instructor is likable to kids.  I know personal lessons are best, but maybe if anyone else is looking for something like we were to warm up to musical instruction, this might work.  Anyway, just thought I would mention it.

    Thanks, Nicole.  I had written this resource down but have not started to use it yet.  Glad to hear the positive review!  Maybe I will start it with my first grader as well 🙂
