Sonya.. HELP w/ organizer

    Sonya & Staff..

    I am trying to enter a book in the organizer and every time I get to the last part of it.. it just deletes everything I entered. I have done this “2” times and this book as 36 weeks with each week divided into 5 days.. as you can see it’s taken me about an hour to enter this TWICE now..

    So my (prayer)is there anyway of retreving it (and no I didn’t save anyof it, stupid on my part I know) 2nd and most important why is this happening??

    HELP I’m VERY VERY fustrated

    Oh, dear, Misty. Let’s see if we can figure out what’s going on.

    Have you looked in your Account:Resources to make sure it isn’t in there? Any resource that you add should show up there.

    When you say that it deletes everything you entered, does it close that Add a Resource window or do the fields just turn blank or what exactly happens?

    It just goes back to where I have things already scheduled for my ds’s. It isn’t there. I never get to save it?? It worked fine with the 1st 2 books I did? Maybe I’ll just have to save it every so often and then edit it and keep adding? Will that work?

    That sounds like a good work-around for now. Give it a try. We’ll keep investigating behind the scenes to see if we can figure out what happened. We haven’t heard of anyone else having this problem, so hopefully it was a fluke. Keep us posted!

    I did just that I entered a quarter and saved it. Entered a quarter and saved it, and so forth. Anyway it’s there and I’m grateful. thanks
