    How do I schedule a resource to show up every other week?

    How do I schedule a book to show up sporadically on certain dates?

    The SCMO expects a resource to be scheduled at least once a week.

    If you want a book on certain dates, you can schedule each division individually, with a start date of that date.  This doesn’t have the flexibility you might want, but certainly works…

     

    As I’m doing AO, and books are often scheduled sporadically – now that we can create a copy of a resource, I copy the book – then add in the AO week number in with the chapter name.   As I know what AO week we are currently on, I can quickly “close” (so it doesn’t show up) the books that are for a different week.

    Ok.  I think I understand how to do this.  I could keep the book as a non-scheduled resource and assign a few days worth or so at a time.  I will give it a try.
