science for 2-7 graders

I need some science help! I have been looking into the books: Considering God’s Creation and the 106 Days of Creation Studies for our science this year. Last year we used Apologia. I liked it but it was weighty and lots of just long, factual reading. I need something that can incorporate my 4 girls at the same time. Is 106 Days of Creation Studies a good fit for grade 2-7? And what else do I need to buy to go with that? TIA!!!
