Saxon Math in the uk?

Has anyone used Saxon maths in the uk? how do you cope with the different weights, meausres and currency?Am thinking of swapping on to saxon (there is a supplier in the uk)  but  I don’t have a hard copy book i can look at to judge how to use it with my boys. I need them to be more independant with their math as baby no 4 is due in July, and i have heard some good reports about it.
