I found it a while back and it is amazing since there is no rolling or dough handling… 1c. Whole Wheat Flour 1tsp salt 1tsp oregano 1/8 tsp pepper 1 beaten egg 2/3 c. milk Mix all together in one bowl…I usually add a bit more water to make it “pourable”, and pour into pizza pan or dish. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes, Remove, add sauce and toppings and pop back in oven until cheese is melted. Easy as pie! Happy Baking!! March 18, 2011 at 8:55 pm aliceMember Wow! There is no leavening agent in this recipe (the stuff that makes it rise, like yeast or baking powder)? Can’t wait to try it. I am still looking for a homemade pizza crust that my kids really like, maybe this will be the one… Gem March 18, 2011 at 9:05 pm HeatherMember No leavening agent required, it make a thin, but not too thin crust. I pour mine onto a pan that has shallow sides i.e. cookie sheet, pizza pan. I usually pour it into the middle of the pan and spread it around with the back of a spoon. Hope you enjoy!
