I wanted to share a Pizza Crust recipe with you while I am waiting for it to come out of the oven.  I found it a while back and it is amazing since there is no rolling or dough handling…

    1c. Whole Wheat Flour

    1tsp salt

    1tsp oregano

    1/8 tsp pepper

    1 beaten egg

    2/3 c. milk

Mix all together in one bowl…I usually add a bit more water to make it “pourable”, and pour into pizza pan or dish.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes, Remove, add sauce and toppings and pop back in oven until cheese is melted.  Easy as pie!

    Happy Baking!!

Wow!  My husband requested pizza for lunch tomorrow, so I will give this a try!  Looks so easy, and I love how it calls for whole wheat flour!  One question – does the pan need to have sides, like a jelly roll pan, or will a regular cookie sheet work?

Interesting!    There is no leavening agent in this recipe (the stuff that makes it rise, like yeast or baking powder)?

Can’t wait to try it.  I am still looking for a homemade pizza crust that my kids really like, maybe this will be the one…

No leavening agent required, it make a thin, but not too thin crust.

I pour mine onto a pan that has shallow sides i.e. cookie sheet, pizza pan.  I usually pour it into the middle of the pan and spread it around with the back of a spoon.

    Hope you enjoy!
