I am having a problem printing the reports. Sometimes it prints things one on top of another so that I can’t read them. Do you know how to fix this?
SueinMNParticipantAny one? I want to print these out on colored paper to match my subject coloring scheme but it is so frustrating when some things print on top of others. I’d like to get a hard copy put away for last school year.
SueinMNParticipantIt was going along nicely until I got to printing out my Shakespeare and then it got all jumbled up again. Please can the webmaster give me a clue?
SueinMNParticipantIt appears that I can print one subject at a time but if I want to print more than one subject in a report then it gets messed up.
Doug SmithKeymasterDo you see things overlapping on your screen or just on the print?
SueinMNParticipantIt is just when I printed. It worked fine when I printed one subject at a time but when I tried to print more than one subject at a time it got jumbled up. So I suppose that you’re going to tell me that it is my printer.
SueinMNParticipantIt just did it again when I tried to print only one subject but it didn’t do it with more than one subject. It shows up on the screen when I hit print preview. I have a Canon iP 5200 printer if that helps any.
Doug SmithKeymasterI would guess that it’s either in the printer driver software or the way your browser is handling printing.
You can check Canon’s Web site to see if they have a newer driver you can install. This might give you what you need: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=257&modelid=11993#DownloadDetailAct
I see you are using FireFox 3.0.11, which is a good browser. You could try upgrading to the new 3.5 version and see if it helps.
SueinMNParticipantThanks for your help, Doug. I will see if these make a difference.
