I want to try Right Start math with my kids.  I have a lot of math manipulative materials already, much of it is wood so I want to keep what I have.  Is it possible to piece together the manipulative set?  If I had to buy some of the manipulatives from Right Start, what would you recommend?  I will have a level A and level B students.  My level B will probably be transitioning to level C fairly soon.
    Thank you!

Just the an abacus for each if they will be working at same time and make or find the overlapping place value cards….they are nothing special Montessori uses them too. At least for level 1. Buy more as you find out you need them. Look ahead in your manuals,..

I have a lot of Montessori manipulatives, so that’s good to hear.  I bought some used teaching manuals, so I’ll look through them when I get them.  I’m just glad I don’t have to immediately drop $200 on manipulatives!

Definitely the Green Basic Card set.  Abacus.
