Part time CM

For personal reasons, my husband and I have made the decision to enroll our daughter in an online public school and feel pretty strongly that this is a good option for her and for our family.  I realize it will take a little more time out of our day and won’t have a Christian worldview.  I still love a lot of the CM principles, so if you’re not doing a fully immersed CM homeschool, how do you incorporate it on a part time level in your home?  I’m thinking still doing family reading, memory verses, and poetry.  What else?
