Organizer HELP Sonya??

    Ok.. I set up the organizer for all my stuff the same and the things I added all EXCEPT one are working.. like with grammer I entered chapters, and the ## in the one column and the subject in the next. So day one of school comes they did #1 and i hit finished and it says #2 is now due! This is how it should work yes??

    BUT one of them this is not working I did the same thing and if I hit finished it says completed??? AHHHH no, it isn’t so I hit undo which fixed it for the time but how do I get it to work like the rest?

    Other than that how do I go into something I scheduled and add say a division without it resetting up a whole new subject?

    I am LOVING this other than the few ??’s I have hear.

    Yes, that’s how it should work for a resource that has divisions.

    Does that resource have divisions? If not, the Organizer treats it as a whole (all or nothing) and you would check off Worked On each day that you work on the resource, and then check off Finished only for the day you complete it and are done with the entire thing.

    Click on the resource title that you want to change and hit edit. Go in and add divisions or whatever you want to change and save those changes. Now you’ve changed the resource, but you need to tell the Organizer that you want to use that newly edited version instead of the one that you’ve already scheduled and is already showing up in your Scheduler.

    So go to your Scheduler page and hit the “edit” beside the resource’s title. That should pop that resource back up into the “schedule it” box at the top of the page. You should see the new divisions you added listed there to the right, where divisions usually show up. All you have to do is hit Save Changes, and it will grab those new divisions and use that new version in place of the old version. Does that make sense?

    Yes that helped a ton. I still couldn’t get one to work but I just gave up deleted it and re-entered it and it’s just fine now! 🙂 I did get the 2nd question to work and God Bless you all there. This is just the nicest thing I have ever used. It is making it really easy for the kids to know what to do everyday and I know where everyone is at the end of the day. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
