Organizer – Edit past items

We just came back from a trip;
I had put our a few days of the trip into the organizer, as these were very educational.
When I went back and pulled up that ‘resource’ and clicked on the dates to ‘complete’ I could only complete one and partially complete another day; it would not let me complete all days showing!
Then when I looked at the report, the trip/resource is ‘complete’ but it’s showing all completed on 1 day!
How do I get the other dates to show up as ‘done’? HELP! Thanks
It sounds like you tried to mark one division (or assignment) as complete on multiple days. The CM Organizer works by letting you mark worked on for as many days as you need, but only one day can be marked complete since that means you finished the assignment and are ready to move on. If you have multiple days of a trip that you want to mark as complete you’ll need a different division assigned to each day of the trip.
