    They are … but they also said if you finish the first 20 lessons, that they email you upon pre-ordering, they will happily send you the next ones you need! Now, that’s customer service! SUch lovely people too!

    Yep! They have awesome customer service from what I have observed. And that goes a long way toward loyalty for me.

    The very first webinar on this page explains how 1st ed and 2nd are different and why you might want the 2nd edition vs. 1st edition. It’s 40 mins long but was very enlightening to me. Hope this helps someone who is trying to decide what to do…..
