Looking a head to next year we will be using Mod 6 – Modern Times (so excited!)

Looking at the book list there is a book titled

Brother Andrew: God’s Secret Agent by Janet and Geoff Benge

I have a book on my shelf (that I have not had a chance to read yet) called

God’s Smuggler by Brother Andrew and John Sherrill and Elizabeth Sherrill

I know they are different, but has anyone read both and can let me know the difference?

While I haven’t actually read both, I have read the former and read about the latter. The latter is his actual autobiography and written to a general audience. It is supposed to be very good!

The first is a children’s biography written at about a 5th grade level. It is good but probably not as good as the original biography.

I would read a few chapters of the book you already have and see if you think it would fit your children’s ages.

Thank you! That makes sense. It was what I was thinking but wanted to make sure. The copy of Bible Smuggler was on my parents shelf since I was little but I never read it. I think I will pick it up next, not to just check for reading level but it sounds really good!
