    Hello,

We are planing to start using Simply Charlotte Mason to guide all of our homeschooling except math next school year.

Can you give me a list of Books, Videos, Articles, etc. that would prepare me as a parent/teacher for giving my daughter the amazing education Miss Mason talks about in her writings.

    Thank you so much,

The Charlotte Mason Companion — that’s my favorite!

Start by reading all the free articles on here, then add the handbooks from the bookstore, and start doing what you read about. Gradually start reading Charlotte’s original volumes. Every single time I read them, I am inspired to keep at this journey.

This is the best place to start:

The learning library is a wonderful resource!  As an SCM team member I still get caught up in the “library” reading new to me posts as well as visiting old favorites.

I’d love to encourage you to download the free e-book Subject by Subject as a brief introduction to how Charlotte taught each subject.

Your Questions Answered: Narration is another fabulous resource that I regularly refer back to as is Hearing and Reading, Telling and Writing.
