New to organizer – can I update multiple days at once?

    Hi – I’ve been trying out the organizer for two weeks. I am frustrated that I can’t find out how to updated a previous days activities. It only allows me to access that days items to check worked on or completed. Sometimes, I just can’t get to the updates that very day and go in the next morning when I pull up the current day plan and want to updated yesterdays work. Am I just missing some easy way to do this? Thanks! Erinn

    Erinn, yes, you can do this! OK, go to your “Daily Plan” page. At the moment, there are only check-off boxes for each resource you have scheduled TODAY. BUT, all your resources are still listed on the computer screen. Find the listing you want to update. Now, look to the left of it–there’ll be a little triangle. Click on this little triangle, and your worked on-completion boxes will appear. Update the resource.
