My Subscription for Organizer

    Help please??  I think my subscription for the organizer is automatic, and from what I can tell the April payment went through and May isn’t due until the 19th, but it’s saying the scheduler needs an update and can’t be used with what I have or something…..   ???  So it’ s not letting me schedule anything now whereas I did before.  Can someone please help me with this?

    So sorry about that. The CM Organizer was having trouble “talking” to our subscription system when your renewal went through—that’s why the auto-renewal wasn’t showing on your account correctly. It should be fixed now.
