    Hi everyone!

This September will mark our official start in formal home educating, my daughter will begin Kindergarten! I have found so many good resources, ideas, and encouragement from this Forum already!

I was wondering if anyone had any favorite resources for teaching Safety and/or health. It could be a curriculum or good living books that familiarize the children with concepts of things like fire safety, dealing with emergencies, household safety, dealing with strangers, etc. I just want a bit of guidance so I don’t miss anything. As I said, my daughter will be in K, but I would like to include my 4 year old son as well. Just something we could do about once a week during morning time. I have looked at the sample pages for The Good and The Beautiful’s Safety Science course and it looks like it covers a lot. Has anyone used this resource? Or any others you would like to recommend?

    Thanks in advance!

    Dorothy
