I couldnt find a place to put this question.

Anyone using a Logic curriculum? It is something I want to add to my oldest schedule next year and I am looking for advice in this area.

We are reading Fallacy Detective as a family. The highschoolers write the answers because we need that for our records. The younger ones just join in and we’re having a great time with it. We’ve scheduled it twice each week at lunch, so we may get to the second book this year; we’ll see. That’s as far as we got with logic for the moment and we got into it in the first place because I have a child that loves to debate. We thought he should learn how to argue properly and respectfully–every gift has an up and down side :).

These books are great (Fallacy Detective, and there is another one for afterwards) Never thought I could say there was a LIVING logic book, but these are it! My kids love them too.

We also have always done lots of logic puzzles, my kids love them. We would get the Mindbenders from Critical Thinking Press and use them as rewards for good work.
