    Has anyone found a good biography for Isaac Watts to go along with this month’s Hymn study?

    I don’t know which of his hymns you are referring to, as several of his hymns are featured in the SCM resource “Singing the Great Hymns,” but I like the book “Amazing Grace: 366 Inspiring Hymn Stories for Daily Devotions” by Kenneth B. Osbeck.  A week or two into starting work on a new hymn, I read that hymn’s story.
