We don’t know yet if anyone will be willing to reprint it. So many have expressed interest in seeing this book reprinted so I’m just getting an idea of how many would be interested so we have something concrete to present. I’ll keep you posted!

I haven’t read the book, but by listening to everyone rave about it, if this comes to fruition, I’d love at least one copy, but maybe even 5 so all my kids can have one too!

I finally got to read The Chestry Oak! Great book! It took quite a bit longer than usual to get it thru interlibrary loan. I figured they couldn’t find it. So if it will be reprinted, count me in! 🙂 And, Robin, I am so glad you quoted that article. I have been wanting to know if it was a true story. It’s a beautiful story!

Oh Bethanna I’m glad to hear you did get it through ILL.  I requested it about 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard a word.  There has only been one book I couldn’t get through ILL before and today I had a moment of panic thinking this one may never come in.  I guess it is time to email the librarian to check on her findings.  If this book is reprinted I’m sure I would buy it.

We are nearing the end of the book and I tear up every reading. It’s a definite fave and worth the $.

Would a 13 yr old boy like these books?

Oh yes!  The main character is Prince Michael of Hungary set during WWII. Lots of adventures and intrigue…and poignant moments which reduce me to a blubbering mess.  ?  A beautiful book.
