How do you schedule Enrichment?

    So, I am struggling with myself on how I want to schedule the Enrichment plans…..do I just schedule the enrichment plans or do I schedule the lesson plans and then add in all of the individual items such as poetry, picture study, etc?  How are you guys doing it?   This is not really a struggle with the Organizer, just myself on how I want it.  Would love to know how you are doing it.  Also, Jordan, is there a way that once the Enrichment plans are entered that then all of the books in them is automatically in the organzier, or maybe a way to automatically schedule them instead of having to do it one thing at a time? Would that be something to be added later? Like a check box if you wanted to just automatically schedule it? Just thinking out loud.

    There isn’t a way to do this right now, but it’s something we would love to make possible in the future.

    I’m struggling with the same thing…. there are all these books that go with the lesson plans…. the “History” went into the organizer fine;  but not sure what to do with all the ‘living books’ that go with History lessons?

    Also, Enrichment — Poetry and Picture study seems to be easy, but not sure about how to schedule the rest;  and if he ‘enrichment book’ has lessons, how do I schedule the books?

    I’m thinking I need the overview main books first to look at and see where in the lessons the ‘living books’ are used so I can schedule them?  how is everyone else doing this?

    I’ve had to arrange a resource before which sounds similar.

    I entered in the main book. Then, I entered in all the resources which go with the that original resource, in the order in which they are used. In the Organizer, you can click “Use After” and “Use With”; so, with the first resource used within the lesson plans, click “Use With” that main resource. Then, for each subsequent resource within the plans, click “Use After” each proceeding one you entered. That way, after you finish one, it automatically jump to the next one, and just click “worked on” the original resource every time you use it.

    If it’s a reoccurring resource, just enter “Use with” the original resource.

    You can be really detailed and enter in each chapter you’re planning on using, or you can refrain from entering in any chapters/lessons, and just click “worked on” until you’re finished.

    I hope this makes sense. Let me know if I need to clarify anything. Doing it is easier than explaining it.
