Anyone here use Sonlight for High School?  I have used it in the past and am seriously thinking of using it for my two high schoolers next year.  Specifically, the Core 300 which is the 20th century history, bible, literature year.  I have many reasons why I need to do less planning and give them more autonomy and I do like Sonlight.  Just curious if anyone else has used this.  I will still include them in a few of the family studies of SCM Module 6 with the younger ones. I just feel this is best for our family this coming year.  Just wanted to hear of others experience.

Hi there, Benita.  I saw your response to selling Sonlight  300.  That is still available.  I responded this morning to your questions but not sure that you will be alerted to it.  I am sorry that I didn’t respond earlier.  Since I am new to this forum, I wasn’t alerted or notified. Understanding now that I need to “subscribe,” I have done so now.  I was trying to find your email address but am unable to find that.  Anyway, I will list here for you the books that are in my lot for 300:

    Sonlight 300 – 20th Century World History

    Know what you Believe

    Know Why you Believe

How to Ruin Your Life by 30

From looking at the current core, this included the history, apologetics and literature.  We have loved Sonlight and have used it through highschool.  I did not purchase the instructor’s guide because I couldn’t read ALL that AND the books.  However, I did figure out a schedule that was balanced, and I would be happy to include that for you.  Please, do not hesitate to ask other questions.
