For the past several day I have been trying to get on to the site itself. Everytime, I get the beauful blue screen. I am only able to get into the discussion forum with no problem. Am I the only one having this problem?
sherazParticipantNo. I am having the same problem…I just tried to log in and it said that there was no URL at this address, but it did log me in when I went back one screen. I am getting the regular home picture and things on my desktop computer, but my laptop only shows a blue screen and has the button on the right that allows me to come to the forum.

Doug SmithKeymasterI’m not seeing a problem here. Those of you getting the blue screen, what web browser software are you using? (The forum log in is a different issue.)
sherazParticipantAre you talking about Google, Firefox, IE? If you are, I am using Google on both computers. It is only a problem on the laptop.

Doug SmithKeymasterGo to a page that is just showing blue and force the page to refresh and see if it’s any different. I was able to duplicate the problem and that fixed it for me.

Alana AdamsParticipantThis has happened to me several times over the past couple of days while trying to access the site from my iPhone. It’s working fine now. If it happens again, I’ll refresh…I can’t remember if I tried that before or not. Thanks!

MelisaParticipantI have not been able to access the site from my house for 2-3 Weeks. We have tried everything. I can only see pages via Google cache and even then, I have to use text only. I am able to do this from my husband’s work phone and not via wi-fi.He is IT and suspects there is something else going on besides our home network. We have turned off everything and cleared everything to no avail. Very frustrating.
MelisaParticipantOh, and the browser does not matter. Tried 3 and on my desktop computer, the laptop, my Fire, and even my husband’s cell. Cannot get a trace or ping back on it.

Doug SmithKeymasterYou probably got blocked. I need you to go to http://www.whatismyip.com on a computer it’s not working on and let me know what it says your IP address is. Since you can’t get on the site, you can just e-mail it to me at doug@simplycharlot… (I left off the end so spammers wouldn’t pick it up. You know what to do, right?)
