From John O'Groat's to Land's End, part 1

I’m having a very hard time locating what the reading is supposed to be for Visits to Europe. Visit 2 states I should have my kids read “The British Empire and the Great Divisions of the Globe”.  I want to just use an online version, so if anyone can direct me to the right copy, I would sure appreciate it!!  Even the date of the journey would help! There really aren’t chapter divisions on the gutenberg version, or the Kindle version I have found!
