Will this be an ok fit for Middle Ages guide for a 7th and 9th grader? Is there a better substitute?

    Thanks

We used both Famous Men of the Middle Ages and Famous Men of the Renaissance and Reformation last year as a family read-aloud in history. Both of my girls, 9th grade and 12th grade, enjoyed it. Well, they are not into history as much as I am, so…..I guess I should say it was well-tolerated!

I used a couple of the Famous Men books a year or two before, so I think it would be fine for your 12yo as well.  I had them read additional books about certain people from the era such as Atilla the Hun, Charlemagne, Martin Luther, and others.
