I ordered language lessons from Queen Homeschol exactly one month ago. I didn’t realize they wouldn’t give out a tracking number or even any indication when it may ship. I have emailed twice to see if they knew when it may get here, no response whatsoever either time. The shipping alone was 12 for one book, so maybe I expected it to not take a month. I am at a point where I don’t have a product I payed for and attempts to he in contact are futile, I think I am just going to have to dispute the charges and find something else. I just wanted to see if this is something that is common with working with this company and should I wait a week or try a different way of contact that you my know about. Thank you.

I haven’t had a problem. I am sorry that you are. They are probably at a convention. So it may take longer to ship.

They are a nice Christian family running their family business. I would give it until Monday. If they are at a convention ..they are very very busy! And may check their email when they get back to the hotel this evening!

I have heard both that they are a nice Christian family, and that they have a difficult record with timely orders and customer service. Fpr future reference, some of their products are available from Rainbow Resources or Timberdoodle, which is where I’ve considered ordering their products because of what I’d heard on other forums.

There have been times when we have no other means of contact for a customer but our e-mails are bouncing back rejected or landing in the recipients spam folder unnoticed. It’s really hard to know what to do, especially when we receive angry messages telling us how lousy our customer service has been and asking why we won’t answer. Those of you who know how hard we work at good customer service can imagine how helpless that feels.

My advice is to give the benefit of the doubt and try making contact again. You might also want to include an alternate address or phone number in your message.

I see that you have a gmail address. You might check your spam/junk e-mail forlder to make sure a response didn’t end up there. We’ve had problems with recently with gmail being more agressive about automatically treating legitimate messages as spam. If you have an e-mail address with another provider you might also try contacting them from that in case they’re haing a problem with messages from your address.

Thank you guys, I definitely want to show grace in this situation, but also wanted to make sure I hadn’t been unwise in my decision to purchase through this company. Doug, I actually marked the email address as never send to spam, I check my spam folder religiously, so there isn’t anything there. I had my own small business for years before I gave it up two years ago in anticipation of homeschooling my daughter, so I understand demands and the like, it can be frustrating, hence me asking here before just contacting my cc. I hope it isn’t out of line though to expect a certain level of professionalism from people you are giving money to. The first email I sent was two weeks ago with all my order info, was just a polite do you have a status for when this may ship. The one I sent this last week was to try get a follow up from the first one where I didn’t receive any response, it wasn’t angry at all, just a please can I receive a follow up on my last email about my order. I went to their site to find a contact number that I could call and there isn’t one, there isn’t even an email address to email for support, just one to send prayers to.

I will wait though, and see what happens, thanks for all the input. 🙂

I’m so sorry you had a problem. In the past I have ordered several items from Queens and did have a few delays. Like 2flowerboys mentioned, they are family owned and may be out of town or at a convention – and from what I know, their young adult children run receiving and shipping. Also, FYI, Rainbow Resource now carries many of their books and shipping is much less expensive, so you could try ordering from them next time.

Thanks evergreen and csmamma- I’ll check that out for next time, I did a search on some forums and like some of you said it seems some people have no problems whatsoever and the others can’t get a response at all, or orders are never received. Anyways, thanks for the info about the other places that offer them. I am going to look in to that, and alternatives. Very Helpful, All!

If you are on FB you might try contacting Sandi through their group page. She seems fairly active on the group. HTH

I have ordered from them a few times and have never had a problem with receiving my package in a timely manner. I met Sandi at a convention once and she was very sweet. We have always enjoyed their products and never regreted a purchase.
