Hi Ladies, I have a question.  Observation lessons….where there are questions asked…..what if you don’t know the answers?  Is t his something you find the answers to first.

One example is an observation on Frost….there are a couple of questions I really don’t have the answer to.

    HI Debbie,

The answers to your questions are in the Teacher’s Guide. Definitely worth getting.

They can be bought at Amazon or the Lost Classics site.

The way we handled these lessons was strictly as observation:  We don’t have a whole lot of frost in our area, so I changed the observation to something about the weather in our area.  I think the purpose of these lessons is to encourage the kids to observe and remember.  Therefore it is their own words, their own details.  If you don’t know about frost and what to study about it, go for it.  I don’t think you have to do it with this particular lesson if you don’t want to.

    Just my 2 cents…
