    I’ve submitted a question to the SCM team about this, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how quickly it might be resolved. I haven’t used the organizer in a couple years, but am planning to this year.  I paid the monthly upgrade fee yesterday and my account did not change and I’m unable to input more resources beyond the Basic account’s 20. I’m woefully behind on my planning this year and was hoping to finish at least 2/4 kids today after church. I logged in just now and it’s still on Basic.  I’m wondering if it’s a glitch or if it’s something that has to be manually switched. Either way, I guess I wait until the team takes a look.

    I’ve not used it but have you tried clearing your cookies and logging in fresh? Also try a different browser.

    I did try that. It didn’t work, but Doug from SCM manually fixed it for me and on Sunday no less.  Hurray for my afternoon of planning!
