ParticipantHello!
I am looking to connect with other CM homeschoolers, either already in community or working with me to start our own. I am in western NC in Rutherford county, about halfway between Charlotte and Asheville, which is an hour plus to each city; too far for me to be part of the groups in those metro areas. If there is anyone in my area interested, please do get in touch with me! I am tentatively planning to start a group late summer/early autumn and doing something very low key to start, such as meeting monthly for book study, recitation together, nature study, and fellowship for moms and children. I hope to build a community of like minded people to honor the Lord, grow together in virtue, build each other up, and learn and apply Charlotte Mason’s methods to our learning!

ParticipantHi Valerie,
My name is Morgan. We live in Kings mountain NC. I am assuming close to where you live. Asheville and Charlotte are about an hour from me both ways. There is a small CM co-op we just joined January. It was the first year for it. There is 7 families, mine included. I would love to talk to you more about it and anything Homeschool and CM if you want to email me at Morgan dot Tyler at me dot com. I love meeting new CMers in my area they are sooo rare. 😊

ParticipantHey there,
I’m not in your area, but I would highly recommend Brandy Vencel’s “Start Here” guide.

It is specifically tailored for small CM Study Groups. We are currently using it in our very small, but growing group and we love it.
