My boys have enjoyed all of the Miller’s books and we are about to finish up Missionary Stories with the Millers.  Currently we alternate those books and Bible throughout the week (2 days each).  So, I’m looking for a book (or series of books) that would incorporate characeter/action/Scripture of some sort for a read aloud when we finish the Millers.

My boys are 12, 8 and 5.  They will be 12, 9 and 5 1/2-6 by the fall.

My oldest has a devotional time in the morning by himself that he enjoys and my 8yo just started on a devo book for himself…so I’m looking for something that would interest all of them like the Miller books have.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Oh, I have looked through the Bookfinder but am unfamiliar with most of the books (except the books of the Bible, of course:).

We have a series of books called Christian Heroes: Then and Now.  The titles we have are Amy Carmichael, Nate Saint and Glady’s Aylward. I’m not exactly sure what age range they’d be good for, but you can look into them. Oh, the authors are Janet and Geoff Benge.

My son has enjoyed this series.  These also look good.

Thanks a bunch!  I heard of the first 3 that were mentioned and will check out the others.

    Blessings.
