Does anyone know the Calendar of First that was recommended recently on this forum to buy (wooden cover)? I found a link at that site that I really want to get back to again but I can’t find it anywhere. If anyone knows what I’d talking about, I’d love to hear!
Thanks!!
missceegeeParticipantIt’s produced by Red Mountain Community School and is available on etsy.
ShannonParticipantHmmm, I can’t find it. Does anyone know the real/scientific word for a calendar of first? That’s what I really need. (Actually two websites of organizations that has cool programs for documenting Firsts.)
mrsmccardellParticipantHere is the link to sageparnassus blog and she lists contact info for Red Mtn at bottom

I just called the school and ordered it. We actually had a really nice conversation about nature study.
missceegeeParticipantI’m sorry, I just looked up my order. It was sold by Provender and doesn’t look available there any longer. I’ve always heard it called My Calendar of Firsts.
ShannonParticipantYes Mrs McCardell, that is the blog post that got me to the word “phenology” that got me to another blog post that got me to Project Budburst which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! And thanks to Missceegee also!!
Here is the website for Project Budburst if anyone wants to look:
