Braille Printer for Liz Cottrill!

I posted on our Facebook group today as well but wanted to share here 🙂

Many of you know Liz Cottrill from her amazing work on the A Delectable Education podcast. She is one of the guiding lights of the CM movement in homeschool, and also blind. A GoFundMe has been started to raise money for a braille printer for Liz and SCM will be making a donation. We also wanted to share with all of you in case you feel led to do the same.  ❤️

[Side note: one of my favorite stories Liz has told is about how picture study made such an impact in her home. Her daughter would observe and describe the pictures in such elaborate detail it was one of Liz’s favorite parts of the day, and today her daughter is working in the art industry. She thanks Charlotte Mason for the fact that as a blind woman she was able to raise a child to love art.]
