I stumbled on this book while waiting for ds to select some books in the library: Simple Kitchen Experiments, Learning Science with Everyday Foods, by Muriel Mandell. I thought LindseyD. and others might find it interesting. It looks like it will go right along with the Real Food Nutrition for Kids course we’ll be using, providing some hands-on experiments using . . . real food! I was super excited to find it, so thought I’d share. 🙂
