Anyone know of any good books on Audible for ancient history or science?  Has anyone tried Susan Wise Bauer’s “The History of the Ancient World”?

I have it, but haven’t used it. I’m considering it for a supplement for dd15 this year.

Guess it depends on the age range you are looking for, but we will be using their Child’s History of the World audiobook this year.

I was going to suggest her, but you beat me to it. Her books will be for listening over the high school years for us.

She also has a science one, too.

There are some Rosemary Sutcliff available, too.

I’d look at The Great Courses as options. I just finished one on King Arthur and it was very engaging. I learned much.

    Is Josephus available?

    GA Henty?

    Various Greek and Roman works.

    I’ll keep my eyes peeled.
